Apple Mozzarella Meatloaf
You just can't get enough of our Apple Mozzarella Meatloaf. Back by popular demand, this meatloaf is made with ground turkey, ground beef, or vegetable protein. Sautéed apples and onions compliment the mozzarella perfectly for a meatloaf to be reckoned with.

Asian Salmon with Fruit Salsa
An exotic fusion of East, West, and Tex-Mex. Imagine salmon, flavored with soy and ginger, and accented with a spicy-sweet fruit salsa of pineapple, apple, and dill. A quick and sophisticated mid-week dinner.

Asparagus Swiss Quiche
Light and tasty. The classic pairing of Swiss cheese and asparagus make an elegant quiche for any occasion. Beautifully presented with bell pepper garnish.

Blue Skye Pork Loin
Spring isn't far away....This tender pork loin, surrounded by a sunny sauce of apricots, onions, and orange juice, puts a happy face on winter. Wonderful for Sunday dinner with friends and family.

Bombay Chicken with Apricot Relish
Take a culinary passage to India. Delicately curried chicken breasts are topped with a light and flavorful apricot and red bell pepper relish. A meal fit for a Rajah!

Greek Burgers
Our Greek burgers bring the flavor of Athens to the Midwest. Ground turkey, feta, black olives, and spices make a sublime combination, great on the broiler or grill. So tender, juicy, and filling you won't even need a bun.

Herbed Salmon Cakes
Not your grandmother's fish cakes. Mild salmon, blended with crunchy diced veggies, elevated with savory seasonings, and coated in Japanese bread crumbs, these salmon cakes are terrific pan-fried or baked. Top with a mildly spicy mayonnaise sauce for the perfect contrast.

Lime-Kissed Fajitas
Our Lime-Kissed Fajitas make Mexican take-out obsolete. A terrific blend of zesty spices, tangy lime, onions, peppers, and sliced steak. Add tortillas and shredded cheese for the ultimate Tex-Mex experience.

Mediterranean Lentil Potato Stew
A mouth-watering treat from the Mediterranean. We add spinach, mint, and lemon zest to make this traditional dish new and appealing, and top it with a touch of feta. Destined to become your favorite vegetarian dish.

Moroccan Cornish Hen
Journey to the Sahara with the exotic flavors of our Moroccan Cornish Hen. An earthy blend of spices simmers with dried apricots, preserved lemons, sweet potatoes, and onions to infuse the hen with flavor. Slow cook in the oven or the slow cooker for an authentic Moroccan taste.

Portabella and Vegetable Pasta with Balsamic Reduction
Pretty, pretty pasta! This beautiful dish features linguine topped with a saute of portabella mushrooms, snap peas, carrots and roasted red peppers flavored with garlic and sesame oil. The balsamic reduction and a little Parmesan cheese create a feast as tasty as it is beautiful.

Rainy Day Cacciatore
Chase away spring showers with a clever twist on this traditional Italian dish. Sun-dried tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapenos, and oregano are blended to perfection for topping chicken breast or tilapia (your choice). A great way to brighten up a cloudy day.

Spinach Artichoke Calzones
Portable pizza in a perfect pocket. We take spinach and artichoke, Ricotta and Mozzarella, and delicious marinara sauce and fold them inside our pizza dough. A perfect after-school snack or full-fledged dinner entree.

True Irish Stew
Erin Go Bragh! A true Irish stew with hearty chunks of lamb, carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes, delicately seasoned with thyme. Perfect with green beer or a jigger of whiskey.

Dreamy Hawaiian Tartlets
